HELP AND TRAINING DOCUMENTS The following help and training documents can be
saved to your computer by clicking the download link. The two demonstration documents
require the free Adobe Flash Player. If you do not have Adobe Flash player installed
on your computer, it can be obtained here.


If you choose to download any of the demos to your computer, you will need to extract all contents
of the downloaded .zip file to a new directory – you can then view the demo by opening the extracted
.html file. If you have any problems viewing any of the demos, please feel free to contact us
at helpdesk@ballantynes.co.nz.


System help – a PDF document demonstrating how to use the main product features.  
Simple Order – a step by step demonstration of processing a simple order.
